Well first I went to mycontactform.com
Then i registered a free account and started the form wizard.
Well since the form wizard redirects a person to a new page after you fill out the form I did something creative. Well first I created a registration form in the form wizard (Click Here for example) While i set it up I created functions like e-mail address, password, confirm, etc. Then i set up a form that is a login So all it says is E-mail address and password so the person types in the password he used for the registration. It will work and if you set it up correctly you should've put the url that the login should take him to. ONLY downside is password shows. BUT if you buy an account it won't show.
